ACTIVITIES in the Robinson Institute: Tuesdays: computers 10am-noon, ballet 4-9pm; Wednesdays: aerobics 6.15-7.15pm, tap 7.30-8.30pm; Fridays: Youth Club 6.30pm.

GLAISDALE Hunt auction of promises is to be held on Saturday 13 November at the Fox and Hounds, Ainthorpe.
ADVANCE notice for a pie and peas supper and auction of promises at Fryup Village Hall on Saturday 23 October. More information later. Proceeds for church funds for the parish of Glaisdale with Lealholm and Fryup.
THE Heather Quilters meets fortnightly every Wednesday from 1 September until 8 December, 1.30-4.30pm, in the Robinson Institute. For details email heatherquilter@gmail.com.
HEATHER Quilters' quilt show at the Robinson Institute on Saturday 25 September, 10am-4pm, all welcome.

GLAISDALE Church fair is at the Robinson Institute on Saturday 11 September, 11am-2pm. Tombola, produce, cake stall, bric-a-brac and refreshments. Tombola prizes appreciated to Vicky Ford on 897298.
GLAISDALE Autumn Festival is on Saturday 11 September with an autumn fair in the Robinson Institute. A treasure hunt walk starts at the Robinson Institute, 11am-4pm. There is a Dinoday at the church rooms with dinosaur and fossil activities for children, 11am-4pm. There will be a concert with Manhattan Voices singing songs from the shows at St Thomas' Church at 7.45pm. discount all-in tickets available, £5, concessions £4, all welcome.
DALESFOLK meets on Friday 3 September at 2pm for a free and easy. The competition is for a holiday spoon.
AEROBICS restarts in the Robinson Institute on Wednesday 1 September at 6.15pm and now on Monday 6 September at 6.15pm.
BALLET restarts in the Robinson Institute on Tuesday 7 September.

CLUBS
COMPUTER classes in the Robinson Institute on Tuesdays, 10am-noon, all welcome.
JAZZ and tap dancing classes on Wednesdays in the Robinson Institute, 7.30-8.30pm, all welcome.
BALLET lessons have now started in the Robinson Institute on Tuesdays at 4pm. Anyone interested should contact Cath on 897761.
YOUTH Club in the Robinson Institute on Fridays, 6.30-8pm.
