DATES for the diary: A Yorkshire Dialect Evening with Adam Collier will be held in the Robinson institute on Saturday 20 March; a Barn Boogie is to be held on 10 July at Bransdale House, Glaisdale.

GLAISDALE play group is holding the annual spring sale on Saturday 20 March at the Robinson Institute, 10am-noon, usual stalls, tombola, raffle and refreshments, all welcome.

GLAISDALE WI meets on Thursday 11 March at 7.30pm, Rachel Taylor is giving a talk on making hats and fascinators, completion is a Easter Bonnet.
DALESFOLK meets on Friday 12 March at 2pm when Janet Smith will show slides of her trip to Canada. The competition is for a fridge magnet.
GLAISDALE school is holding a bingo night on Thursday 25 March, eyes down at 7pm, also in the Robinson Institute. All welcome.
