ACTIVITIES in the Robinson Institute: Monday Tai Chi 7.30-8.30pm; Tuesday, computer class 10am-noon, ballet 4pm; Wednesday, aerobics 6.15-7.15pm, tap 7.30-8.30pm.
QUIZ night at the Arncliffe Arms every Sunday at 9pm, all welcome.
A DANCE and hogg roast will be held at D&B Flintofts on 5 July with dancing to Dark Moon in aid of institute funds, details later.
SANDIE Day and Mike Pratt are holding a weekend of Infinite Tai Chi and Chi Kung in the Robinson Institute on 17 and May. For details contact Sandie on (01287) 669101, email sandie.day@chi-therapies.co.uk
GLAISDALE Hunt dates: the annual safari supper will be held on the Friday 13 June; the gymkhana is on Sunday 22 June; a barbecue will be held on 3 August. Details to follow.

GLAISDALE WI meets in the Robinson Institute on Thursday 8 May at 7.30pm.
DALESFOLK meets on Friday 9 May at 2pm in the Robinson Institute for a free and easy. The competition is for an object beginning with the letter H.
A WALKING treasure hunt will be held on Saturday 17 May in aid of St Thomas' and St James' churches. This starts at Ley Hall at 2pm, £3 to enter, under 16s free, light refreshments will be served. All welcome.
GLAISDALE Hunt safari supper is on Friday 13 June. Ring Sue on 810695 to book tickets.
GLAISDALE School PTFA safari supper is on Saturday 14 June. For details and bookings contact the school on 897218.
GLAISDALE School is holding a family quiz night at the Arncliffe Arms on Thursday 15 May at 6.30pm. Entry is £1.50 for adults and 50p for children. All welcome.
JON Crabtree is doing the Rosedale circuit which is a 38-mile walk in aid of the Great North Air Ambulance. If you would like to sponser go on line at www.justgiving(stephenpeill.co.uk – anyone who donates on line N Power will double the donation and this is also 28% tax relief, sponsorship forms are also available in the butchers shop.
THE tennis court is badly in need of a good sweeping. If anyone with spare time could offer their services, it would be appreciated. On Monday 12 May there will be a meeting at the courts at 6pm for anyone interested in its future.

CLUBS
COMPUTER classes in the Robinson Institute on Tuesdays, 10am-noon, all welcome.
JAZZ and tap dancing classes on Wednesdays in the Robinson Institute, 7.30-8.30pm, all welcome.
BALLET lessons have now started in the Robinson Institute on Tuesdays at 4pm. Anyone interested should contact Cath on 897761.
GLAISDALE Playgroup in the Robinson Institute on Fridays, 9am-noon, all welcome.
INFINITE Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes on Mondays at 7.30pm in the Robinson Institute, suitable for all ages, no prior knowledge necessary, wear loose clothing, £5 per class. For further details contact Sandie on (01287) 669101.
YOUTH Club in the Robinson Institute on Fridays, 6.30-8pm.
