GOLDSBOROUGH got off to a flying start in their 4-0 win over Great Ayton with Carl Flatters scoring off the underside of the bar with the game just four minutes old.
Andy Dent made it two, heading in a cross from Sol Walker. Richard Hegarty tapped home from two yards after good work from Stuart Marsay and Goldsborough added a fourth for good measure.

TWO goals in the opening three minutes from Michael Lamb and Andrew Dowson set The Fox Inn up for their 3-2 win at Lealholm.

Lamb fired past the keeper with just two minutes on the clock before Dowson capitalised on some poor marking from a throw-in.

Lealholm pulled a goal back on the half hour through Mike Knight but they were caught napping again within seconds of the restart when Lamb went through to score his second.

Lealholm wasted several good chances before Duncan Marsden crossed for Tom Raw to add a second.

JAMES Ward gave the Fishermen the lead midway way through the first half but just before the interval, Chris Dixon equalised for the Bulls.

Ward restored Whitby's lead but there was little to choose between the sides and it was only when Jason Draper scored with two minutes remaining that Fishermen made sure of the points.
